A limit is set at a maximum of 25 swimmers per every lifeguard on duty.
Listen to the lifeguards at all times as they are the final authority of the pool. The lifeguards reserve the right to remove any person from the pool if they act in an unsafe manner or dangerous situation for themselves or others.
All swimmers must pass the “Deep End Test” before using diving board
Pool Access and Use
Patrons wishing to make use of the pool must do so in accordance with staff instruction pool rules, and their skill level.
Patrons wishing to use the deep end of the pool must take a swim test.
Patrons or pool users who fail the swim test or decline to take the swim test will be restricted to the shallow side of the pool.
All child(ren) under the third grade regardless of their swim ability, must be accompanied at all times while in the water by a parent or supervising adult.
Swim Testing
All patrons wishing to use the deep end of the pool must take a swim test. The swim test consists of a swimmer being able to swim using rhythmical breathing the width of the pool (over and back) comfortably without the use of floatation devices and without touching the sides or bottom.
